The default Internet Explorer setting is to resize the image automatically to fit the screen.  Some people may have turned that feature off.  To turn it on, open Internet Explorer, click tools > internet options.  Then click the advanced tab.  Find and select "enable automatic image resizing" to turn the feature back on.
